Ian Baggett

Founder of Adderstone Group & Shout Digital

Ian using £2,000 inherited from his grandmother and a loan from the bank bought his first property at university.  By the time he left university he owned five houses.  As the Founder and Managing Director of Adderstone Group, he is now one of the largest property development, management and construction businesses in the North East of England.  Ian Baggett, has successfully taken Adderstone from inception into both the North East’s Fastest 50 Company List and Top 250 List.  In 2007, Ian was named North East Entrepreneur of the Year.

Prior to these business achievements, Ian completed a short career as a tennis professional, a commission as a Naval Officer, and a PHD on Mediterranean Geopolitics.  Ian has an active interest in the IT sector through his role as a co founder of Shout Digital but brings primarily a range of other business experiences and contacts to the table.
